As the President of Al-Quds University, it is my pleasure to share with you my vision of this center. Al-Quds University seeks for academic entrepreneurship in all of its academic programs. Our major strength lies in the strong academic entrepreneurship ecosystem of highly qualified faculty and dedicated staff.
In the rapid changing global economic development, Al-Quds University has strategies and plans to integrate its programs and activities within the global economic empowerment programs.
The university works in employing the latest technologies for effective empowerment of Palestinian economy. The university plans for global integration with highly reputed technology and industrial companies. We believe in preparing entrepreneurs and leaders who believe in contributing to the national and global economy.
Al-Quds University has taken significant steps in the development of academic entrepreneurship. Some of the specific steps taken include the establishment of business incubator and accelerator programs with global perspective, designing the entrepreneurship and capstone courses curriculum, and starting the Business development-training program for staff and students to serve the local community in Jerusalem.
While we are happy with the accomplishments of the Al-Quds Business Center for Innovation Technology and Entrepreneurship so far, our vision is to emerge as one of the major educational institution with global perspective in economic empowerment.
