Founder and CEO of the Al-Quds Business Center for Innovation technology and Entrepreneurship (B-CITE), the first business incubator and accelerator at Al-Quds University. In this manner, he seeks to contribute to the development of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Palestine, all the while supporting innovation and new technologies in the country. Dr. Qasrawi is also the founder of the COMSAT center for climate change and sustainability at Al-Quds University, founder of The Palestinian Online Nutrition Information System (MEDACINS), and founder of the Eastern Mediterranean Food Bank Intelligent System. He has a P.H.D in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Pompeu Fabra in Spain, and is currently a lecturer at Al Quds University, and Istinye University in Turkey. Dr. Qasrawi is a country pioneer in business development, as well as in research in the topics of artificial intelligence, education, and health and nutrition.
