Ms. Shehadeh is a Senior Business Development Manager and a Co-Founder of Al-Quds Business Center for Innovation, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (B-CITE). As well she is the co-founder of AAMAAL Company for Technology Solutions which was established in Palestine in 2021. She holds two Bachelor degrees in Accounting and Law, and a Master degree in Management of NGOs and Community Organizations from the Hebrew University, 2016. She is a multifaceted, driven, and highly motivated Programs Manager with 11 years of professional experience in Project Management and Palestinian start-up Ecosystem. She is experienced in all phases of project management cycle, business incubation and acceleration process, Entrepreneurs' capacity building, mentorship and coaching, recruitment process, market research, managing teams, Result Based M&E, technical and financial reporting; and has exceptional communication, organizational and leadership skills. Furthermore, she is a part time lecturer and trainer at Al-Quds University in the Entrepreneurship field. She helps start-ups to grow and provides entrepreneurs mentoring and coaching on business development, professional, and personal topics they request.
