Tariq Darabee is an Assistant Professor of Accounting and the head of the accounting department at Al-Quds University, Abu-Dis-East Jerusalem, where he also earned his bachelor's degree in accounting and business administration and master's degree in accounting. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Finance from Gazi University, Ankara, Turkey. Tariq holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and he is also a member of the Institute of Management Accountant (IMA). Tariq has broad experience in teaching in academic education through the accounting program offered at the university. He also provides CMA preparatory courses in many training institutions in Palestine. Besides the academic experience, he worked as an internal auditor at Al-Quds university for two years; and provided financial and administrative consultation for many companies.
