Omar Hamarsheh

Omar research interest is focused on works with Leishmaniavectors ( an infectious disease) in rural and agricultural areas of Palestine by measuring the effects of climate change on the spread and abundance of these vectors and if this correlates with disease incidence. He earned his Ph.D from Humboldt University in Berlin, Germany. He got several fellowships and honors from DAAD (the German Academic Exchange), Fulbright Association and ERASMUS to conduct research in Leishmanial disease vectors in Palestine and other countries. He has participated through several regional and national conferences.
